Manager - CRVW Secretarial Services (Pty) Ltd

The Manager shall be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and staff.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping and maintaining company and close corporations’ registers and records and all related Company Secretarial matters
  • Prepare statutory documentation as prescribed by the Close Corporation and Companies
  • Acts up to the desired internal standards to keep clients informed of progress and manage the administrative process up to completion
  • to render overall excellent client service
  • Management of financial aspects relating to clients
  • Reporting to Directors on a monthly basis

Requirements

  • Namibian citizen
  • Minimum 7 years work experience in an audit/legal firm in Company Secretarial Department

Administrative Consultant - CRVW Secretarial Services (Pty) Ltd

The Consultant shall report to the Manger and key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare statutory documentation as prescribed by the Close Corporation and Companies Acts up to the desired internal standards
  • To keep clients informed of progress and manage the administrative process up to completion
  • To render overall excellent client service
  • To record production, and meet the required output level

Junior Accounting Traineeship (NIPA Traineeship)

Average A symbol or 1 grading in Grade 12, with Mathematics and Accounting on Higher (HIGCSE) level.
B.Comm / B. Tech (accounting) or equivalent degree.
Microsoft Office and Pastel proficient.

Junior Audit Trainees (CA Traineeship)

B.Comm or CA equivalent degree.
CTA or equivalent CA post graduate degree.
Microsoft Office proficient.

Senior Accountant

B.Comm / B.Tech (accounting) or equivalent degree.
At least 5 years experience in similar position.
Microsoft Office and Pastel proficient.

Senior Tax Consultant

At least 3 years relevant industry experience, specifically tax (Income, VAT, PAYE) calculations and submissions.
B.Comm (Accounting) or equivalent qualification.
Conversant with Namibian Tax legislation with anunderstanding of Inland Revenue system reports.
Able to handle multiple client portfolio’s.

Audit Manager

CA(Nam) / CA(SA) with at least two year’s post article experience.
Managerial experience in the auditing of small and medium-size clients.
Microsoft Office, Pastel and Caseware proficient.
Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English).
