Adriaan joined the CRVW team in 2008 and became the Managing Partner in 2012. Before starting his journey with our firm he held various management positions and acted as Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche Namibia. His areas of expertise include retail, construction, insurance, manufacturing and export industries and he consults in tax planning, business analysis and restructuring.

Being a former Associate Director at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Stephan joined our team in 2014. His areas of expertise include the mining and exploration industry as well as retail, telecommunication and insurance  (broker) trades.

Before joining our team in 2010, Colyn was an Associate Director at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Namibia. He is a member of the ICAN Technical Committee and specialises in banking, insurance, pension funds, medical aid, fishing industries and owner-managed businesses.

Rudolph joined our firm after completing his articles at Deloitte Namibia in 2006. He acts as head of the NIPA Annual Accounting Division and our Tax Compliance Services and specializes in Sole Proprietorships, Close Corporations and Trusts.
